You can use the lounge three hours prior to your flight time. Extra hours can be purchased in advance if you plan to arrive earlier.
When booking online, we automatically set the arrival time three hours prior to your flight time, in line with our terms and conditions. You're free to leave the lounge and return any time during your stay, but must keep your luggage with you at all times.
We understand the inconvenience flight delays cause. You are welcome to stay in the lounge if your flight is delayed but please keep an eye on our screens in the lounge for updates on your departure. Please note, guaranteed delay cover is only available to direct bookings (third party bookings are excluded).
Book online and it costs £30 per adult and £18 per child aged 2-11. There's no entry fee for infants. Surcharges of £5 and £2, for adults and children respectively apply when entry is purchased on arrival.
After security follow signs for airport lounges and My Lounge. You'll find us on the upper level of the departure lounge.
Yes, we have a dress code in place. We ask all our guests to wear smart-casual clothing. We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone wearing clothing which we deem to be unsuitable. This may include themed or fancy-dress outfits, clothes with slogans that may cause offense, replica sports kits, clothing that exposes midriffs or upper thighs, or bare shoulders on men. We also ask that guests do not wear full tracksuits while in the lounge – we appreciate that people like to travel comfortably and so welcome guests to change when departing the lounge.
We do accept groups, however please be mindful of the rules around group bookings: If you are travelling as a group and would like to be seated together in the lounge, you must book as a group. Note that we accept bookings on our website for a maximum of 8 people. Any groups of 9 or more must contact our Guest Relations team on 0203 283 8449 to enquire about availability.
Please be advised that any self-assembled groups will not be seated together and could be refused entry to the lounge in accordance with our Terms of Entry. In order to ensure a premium lounge experience for all guests, we do ask that large groups are both respectful of those guests around them, and mindful of keeping noise to a reasonable level.
Yes, smoking is permitted in a designated smoking area in our the outdoor terrace.
